NRI IT businesses extending to AP!

Andhra Pradesh government in its bid to expand Information Technology in the truncated state is successfully wooing the NRI businessman of the region settled in US. It is said that 16 US-based small and medium enterprises in the IT and IT enabled services sectors are going to start their operations from various locations of the state by the end of this year with investments ranging from $20 million to $100 million. It is said that half a dozen companies from the US will be landing in the 50,000-square-foot incubation centre at the Madhurawada IT Layout by the end of 2014.

Chandra Babu Naidu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh who is known for his excellent patronage of IT in his previous tenure have rolled enough incentives for the businessmen to expand their operations in AP. The government is already in talks with several other companies and is expected to cut various deals with very soon which will give a big push to IT employment in the state.
