One More Addition to Jagan’s List of Cases

Hyderabad High Court had struck down the Quash Petition filed by Opposition Leader, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy a little while ago. A case was registered on Jagan for behaving unruly with the then Krishna district Collector Babu Ahmed and other officials in Nandigama.

Later on, Jagan approached Hyderabad High Court to struck down the case. But the high court rejected the quash petition and refused to strike down the case. Now Jagan has to face this case as well along with several of his corruption cases.

Back then, Jagan went on to term Babu Ahmed as Corrupt and threatened to send him to Central Jail, once he is in power. Later a huge backlash followed on YSR Congress for such comments on an honest IAS officer. This is not an isolated incident of Jagan threatening a Government official.
