One more danger lurking on Gali!

Mining Baron Gali Janardhan Reddy has got bail in all the existing cases and may be released from jail by Saturday after spending three and half years behind the bars. However all is not well Gali now.

CBI intensified the investigation in to the allegations that Gali tampered state borders for illegal mining. CBI will be filing another chargesheet in this issue very soon. Gali acquired mining licenses in both Karnataka and the United Andhra Pradesh in 2011 with help of BJP government in Karnataka and YSR government in AP. He erased the state boundaries to aide his illegal mining and now finding the borders became a very tough job.

Survey of India is working with the help of satellite to determine the exact borders. They will be filing their report with Supreme Court very soon. This is a very serious offence and Gali may have to face the jail once again.
