One more Survey in Telangana!

Telangana State is gearing up for one more Survey after the Intensive Household Survey conducted last year. This time the survey is for the identification of beneficiaries of the 2 BHK flats to the poor scheme. There are several applications for these houses and the government wants to check each of them through this survey to make sure only the eligible poor gets benefited.

Government will be rolling out an application with 34 Topics and the beneficiaries will be checked for all these topics in the survey before deciding the eligibility. The applicants will have to submit their ration card and Aadhar card details so that duplicates are avoided. The government will also consider the occupation and income earned by every member in the ration card to decide the eligibility.

Telangana government under this scheme will be giving free 2BHK houses in 125 square yards. This house will have 2 bed rooms, one hall, kitchen, bath room and lavatory. Government wants to implement this scheme and at the same time wants to decrease the beneficiaries as much as possible to avoid the huge financial burden involved.
