Outgoing Kishan Reddy once again foul-cries on TDP (TS)

Telangana BJP’s outgoing President, Kishan Reddy once again termed alliance with TDP (TS) as the reason for the party’s poor show in the state in the last elections. He went on to say he back then informed the party’s central unit not to have the alliance but high command took the decision against the opinion of the state unit.

Kishan Reddy also found fault with his government merging seven Mandals from Khammam to Polavaram Project and said that move hit the party very badly after the election. However many opine that Kishan Reddy’s this attitude cost the party more than any thing else. He never tried to work with TDP in the election and so the alliance turned counter productive.

This lack of co-operation between both the parties is evident as they failed to show effect in GHMC elections where things are in favour. On the other side, Kishan Reddy also hinted that he is not keen on becoming the floor leader in the assembly and announced that young talent should be encouraged there.
