Over 100 Properties Of Gali Janardhan Reddy To Be Attached

Gali Janardhan Reddy has been facing illegal mining allegations for the most part of his life. He was even arrested by the CBI over these charges. But he was latest let out on bail.

Cut to now, the CBI court has come down heavily on Gali again and has asked authorities to attach over 100 properties belonging to Gali.

The CBI special court ordered the authorities to attach over 100 of the total 124 properties that are on the name of Janardhan Reddy’s wife Aruna.

The court stated that these properties were amassed through illegal financial means and they are to be attached and kept under the agency’s control till further notice. These properties are in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The court questioned the Karnataka government as to why they didn’t attach and seize these properties already. The government replied they have no objection is the CBI itends to attach these properties. The court then ordered CBI to attach over 100 of Gali’s properties immediately.
