Panic Mode in Telangana: KCR Tests Positive for COVID19

Reports are emerging that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has been tested positive for Coronavirus. The Chief Minister seems to be having mild symptoms. He has been advised home Isolation and is staying at his farmhouse.

A team of expert doctors have been attending to the Chief Minister. The news will create a lot of panic in the people but can also serve as a warning for the people who have been complacent despite the scary signs of the Second Wave. If the Chief Minister can get infected, anyone can.

On the other hand, the State high Court has rapped the State Government for the mishandling of the COVID crisis. It has given the Government 48 hours to impose a night curfew or weekend Lockdown. In case the Government does not respond, the court said it would give the necessary orders. The Chief Minister’s absence will further add to the pressure.
