Last week, speaking in Mangalagiri, Pawan Kalyan said he is anticipating early elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Elections in Andhra Pradesh are eight months away if they happen as per the normal schedule. If Pawan Kalyan is right about the early elections, both the Telugu states should go for elections in December.
If that is the case, there is just around three months’ time if we minus the Code days.
There is no question about improving the ground-level presence of Janasena be it eight months or three months. So, Pawan Kalyan at least should have clarity about alliances.
On odd days, he says he is not ready for a heroic death going alone and on the even days, he says Janasena will form the Government as if it is going alone or with BJP.
If Pawan Kalyan’s assessment about early elections is true, he should immediately take a decision and make it official. Or else, the confusion among the candidates and voters will only help Jagan.
Early elections are meant not to give enough time for the Opposition to prepare. Pawan Kalyan is helping Jagan’s cause with this confused mindset.
