Pawan Kalyan On A Sticky Wicket or Being Extra Cautious?

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan seems to be on a sticky wicket as far as his own seats are concerned. Pawan Kalyan is contesting from Two Seats – Bhimavaram in West Godavari and Gajuwaka in Vishakapatnam District. Politically Novice Pawan Kalyan is concentrating more on his seats as well.

Pawan Kalyan has gone to Gajuwaka twice in the last week or so and may come two more times by the time before campaigning comes to a close on April 9th. He visited Bhimavaram the last week and may go there one more time again. Sources say that it is not going to be easy for Pawan Kalyan in both the seats.

He may be at an advantage in Gajuwaka than Bhimavaram. In complete contrast, Chandrababu Naidu and Jagan Mohan Reddy are unlikely to campaign in their own seats – Kuppam and Pulivendla. Naidu’s wife Bhuvaneshwari campaigned in Kuppam for a couple of days while Bharathi is helping her husband in Pulivendla.

For Janasena, there are not even strong local leaders to campaign for Pawan Kalyan. However, Janasena Supporters say that Pawan Kalyan is just being extra cautious after what happened to Chiranjeevi in 2009. Chiranjeevi back then contested from Palakollu and Tirupati. He won only from Tirupati and the defeat in Palakollu marked the start of his Political Career demolition.
