Pawan Kalyan at Palle Panduga 3.0 in Nellore
After recovering from a series of health-related complications, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has returned to public duties. He addressed a large gathering at the Palle Panduga 3.0 event in Nellore district today.
Pawan Kalyan took a measured approach while addressing the gathering, where Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was also present. The event marked the joint participation of the two leaders at the Palle Panduga 3.0 programme.
During his address, Pawan Kalyan highlighted the road development undertaken during the previous YCP government and compared it with the work carried out by the current NDA government.
Pawan Kalyan said the previous YCP administration had laid around 800 km of CC roads during its five-year term. He claimed that the current government had laid more than 9,000 km of CC roads within just a couple of years.
The Deputy Chief Minister said the figures highlight the difference between the two administrations. He used the road development figures to underline the focus on rural infrastructure under the present government.
Pawan Kalyan also praised Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu during his address. He said Naidu has been leading Andhra Pradesh with financial intelligence despite the financial challenges facing the state.
“Andhra Pradesh is a state that is largely riddled with debts and financial mismanagement. But we have a gifted Chief Minister in the form of Chandrababu Naidu, and he has been leading the state phenomenally,” Pawan Kalyan said at the public meeting in Nellore.
The Palle Panduga 3.0 programme focuses on improving rural infrastructure across Andhra Pradesh. The initiative includes works related to roads and other essential facilities in rural areas.
The event also marked Pawan Kalyan’s return to a major public engagement after his recent health-related break. His appearance alongside Chandrababu Naidu has drawn attention among supporters of the NDA alliance.
