Pawan’s Pithapuram Hint!

For obvious reasons Pawan’s tours and meets have been centred about the West and the East Godavari districts. Whether it is Jana Sena Kavatu or Jana Sena Porata Yatra, Jana Sena Party had these in Godavari districts. While political observers say that Pawan is excessively focusing on the two districts owing to 6% votes and the voters sentiment of the people there, it is universally known that kapus concentration is high in this region and their say can change the game in elections. It happened in the past and we dont see a reason why it cant in the future.

Pawan too hinted that he could be contesting from Pithapuram. Speaking at a public gathering in Pithapuram today he said people are asking him to contest from the constituency and added that he realized the significance after fishermen appealed to him to stand from their place.

The Jana Sena Chief said Pithapuram is the land of Sri Pada Vallabha and said if God wills he would surely contest from Pithapuram itself while clarifying the decision of contesting is not under his purview and that selection committee will decide based on various factors. Pawan also said that people of Tirupathi and Anantapur are also requesting him to contest from the respective places and said he had not decided on constituency he’d contest as yet.
