Phone Tapping issue reaches Supreme Court

Service Providers who are asked to submit the evidences of Phone Tapping and call data of six persons including Cash for Vote scam accused Mathaiah by Bejawada Chief Metropolitan Court, now knocked the door of the Supreme Court.

The court asked the service providers to submit all the details by 24th of this month in seal covered. The case will come to hearing tomorrow. Senior lawyer L.Nageswara Rao will argue the case of the service providers.

In the earlier hearing in Bejawada Metropolitan court, Service Providers have clarified to Vijaywada court that they can not share the call data of Mathiah and others to the court as the Telangana government threatens them with prosecution if they give the data to the court.
