The IDC in Hyderabad serves as a strategic hub for Warner Bros. Discovery’s operations in India and reflects its commitment to harnessing the Indian market’s vast potential. In its inaugural year, the IDC has already created job opportunities for 1,200 professionals, with plans for further expansion as the business grows.

This development follows a meeting between IT Minister KT Rama Rao and Alexandra Carter, Senior Vice President of Finance at Warner Bros. Discovery, where both parties reaffirmed their shared vision for driving growth and innovation in the media and entertainment sector.

Warner Bros. Discovery’s impressive portfolio, featuring iconic brands like HBO, HBO Max, CNN, and Discovery, positions it as a significant player in the industry.

The IDC launch in Hyderabad represents a major milestone in shaping the future of Telangana’s media and entertainment sector through collaboration with industry giants.
