“The present high Court on the bank of Musi River is sufficient and Spacious. Moreover, Andhra Pradesh High Court recently moved out. There is no valid reason to shift the High Court. It is undemocratic and unjustified to take the decision without consulting the lawyers and the staff,” they alleged.
It is not clear so far what is Telangana Government planning to do here. The government is already fighting legal battle for razing down Errum Manzil for the new Secretariat. The lawyers and staff are going to reach out to the Opposition Parties for their support in this agitation.
On the other hand, Telangana Government is tight-lipped on this development so far.
