“Please Don’t Send Jagan’s Shirt for Forensic Tests!”

In the kodi kathi attack case it is known that the court asked opposition leader YS Jagan to handover the shirt over which attack happened to the court. Regarding this Jagan’s lawyer, N Kalidasureddy, requested the Vishakhpatnam court to not send Jagan’s shirt for the forensic tests. Since Jagan’s writ petition is pending in High Court he sought waiting until it is heard.

As per orders of the court on 23rd, Jagan‘s blood laced shirt was handed oer to 7th additional metropolitan magistrate court. Police filed a memo to send the shirt for FSL for tests. Following this, the counter memo was filed by Kalidasureddy. Jagan was called for hearing on his writ on 27th but since it was deferred to December 3rd, the lawyer sought no action until hearing came in the High Court.

Meanwhile, Jagan’s political opponents are lambasting the party for the fiasco and waste of time on this at the behest of other priority issues!!
