Political Earthquake: Survey Predicts BJP Rout in Three State Polls

Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan – All BJP ruled states are going for Elections this November. The results of these State Assemblies are expected to be the Semi-Final for the Big Fight, the General Elections which will happen in Summer 2019.

Congress is hoping on the anti-incumbency on the ruling governments even though its state units are in utter dismay. Rightly so, a Survey conducted by ABP News revealed that Congress is leading in all the three states if the elections are held now.

Congress (117) is marginally ahead of BJP (106) in Madhya Pradesh. In 90 seats Chhattisgarh Assembly, Congress is heading towards a massive 54 seats. Lastly, in Rajasthan, BJP (57) is heading towards a rout as Congress is heading towards a massive majority of 130 seats.

If this happens to be true, it will be a massive political earthquake and Congress will get the much-needed energy to fight the crucial battle in 2019. The only respite for BJP in this survey is that Narendra Modi is the Most Popular Prime Minister’s Choice in all the three states much ahead of Rahul Gandhi. BJP will be hoping Modi to do the magic here for it.
