Actor-writer, YSRCP member Posani Krishna Murali seems to be in big trouble. Just after he got bail in a case yesterday, another new case has been filed on him in Bhavanipuram police station in Vijayawada.
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court has already given directions to police to bring him to Vijayawada after filing a PT warrant.
So, the Bhavanipuram police have gone to Kurnool to bring Posani to Vijayawada. It is said that he will be brought to Vijayawada by 4pm on Saturday.
The case is once again regarding using offensive language against Pawan Kalyan and the case has been filed by a Jana Sena member.
Posani will be brought to Bhavanipuram and questioned prior to producing him in the Court. This time the police sought for a non-bailable warrant against Posani and the Court granted it.
Posani also has a ongoing case in Narsaraopet where he was given to custody to the police due to which he will remain in jail.
Posani’s bail petition here will be heard on March 10. If refused a bail, the only option he has is to approach the High Court.
Posani is being moved between multiple police stations and courts, though he is unlikely to get any respite in near future with so much happening.
