Postal Ballots Voting, Still YSRCP Runs Away!

Right from day 1 after the results, the YSR Congress had started Hungama as if the Government was falling very soon.

Despite the horrible defeat, YSR Congress never agreed it lost and always maintained that TDP has come to power tampering the EVMs.

Everything looks great in that case YSR Congress should contest the Graduates MLC Elections and win because the elections happen using Paper Ballots.

But then, the party boycotted the elections saying that they were doing it in protest of the arrests of their cadre.

It is interesting to note that YSRCP already announced Gautham Reddy as the candidate for the Krishna – Guntur Graduates MLC Election and has now backed out.

Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to make a point to go back to Paper Ballots citing that all Developed nations use them.

In such cases, contesting MLC elections and winning them would easily convince people that EVMs were tampered with.

But Jagan did not use the opportunity. Jagan feared defeat and so avoided contesting to evade embarrassment.

It is interesting to note that YSR Congress failed to open account in all these four districts – East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, and Guntur.
