Prashant Kishor Locks Horns With His Own Party?

Prominent Political Strategist Prashant Kishor who turned into a Politician after joining Nitish Kumar’s JD(U) was appointed as the Party’s Vice-President back then. However, it looks like things are not going well between him and Nitish and his exit may be on the cards.

Nitish, the other day, claimed that Kishor was inducted into JD(U) on the recommendation of Union home minister Amit Shah, the latter slammed the Bihar chief minister for “lying” about how and why he was made to join the party. Things fell apart between both of them after PK has been publicly objecting to the JD(U) supporting the contentious Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).

The JD(U) supported the legislation in both Houses of Parliament. Nitish even went on to say that, “One can stay in the party as long as he/she wants. They can go if they want to” indicating the things to come. These statements indicate that PK may have to very soon search for a new party.

PK who played a crucial part in bringing Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSR Congress Party a landslide victory in Andhra Pradesh is the most sought Political Strategist across the country. His immediate next assignment is for Mamata Banerjee in West Bengal.
