Prashant Kishor Wrong? India Today Poll Says So

Prashant Kishor’s predictions for Bihar seem to be falling flat. The Jan Suraaj chief and strategist-turned-politician had confidently said that the NDA would definitely lose in the upcoming state elections.

The Bihar polls are due in November, and Kishor recently visited Raghopur to gauge voter sentiment. Earlier, he predicted Tejaswi Yadav’s defeat, claiming that Bihar’s voters would not support the Yadav family again.

However, India Today’s pre-election opinion poll paints a different picture. According to the C Voter survey, the NDA is expected to secure 40% of the vote share, while Mahaghatbandhan follows closely with 38.3%. That narrow gap still keeps the contest open.

The biggest twist in the poll is Tejaswi Yadav’s popularity. With a 36.5% approval rating as the preferred Chief Minister candidate, he has emerged as the most popular leader in Bihar’s political race.

As the election nears, only time will reveal which prediction holds true. But for now, it appears that Prashant Kishor’s political math might be missing its mark.
