Protected Zone around Capital Region!

The Real Estate in the upcoming Capital Region of Andhra Pradesh has seen a sudden fall in the last month or so. Land rates in various capital villages were down by at least 50 Lakhs per acre in this month. But still acre is costing 80-90 Lakhs here.

Government had already started cracking down the illegal layouts inside the capital region. However the layouts just around the capital region are causing more damage to the Capital real estate. Many preferring to buy lands in the capital region are choosing lands around it now as rates are more affordable and also the lands do not go for pooling.

Government is planning to impose Protected Zone few kilometers around the capital region prohibiting layouts and other constructions. This will save the real estate in the capital region. On the other side, land pooling is going on at a brisk pace. So far 18000 acres are pooled.
