PPP Model for Amaravati – What is that?

Now that Amaravati foundation event is nearing up, the question is now all about what will happen next? The state government obviously would want to complete the first phase construction by the next elections. The key government buildings will be totally funded by the central government as it is bound by the AP reorganization act.

Rest of the constructions will be executed in PPP model. The Master developer will be chosen in Swiss Challenge method who will bring in investments to Amaravati in Public Private Partnership models.

Master Developer is not a builder. He is a developer who will have to bring in investments in a Public Private Partnership. Government of AP or its agencies will take a stake so that these things when they yield profits, they are going to be beneficiaries of those profits or returns.
