Punjab keen on embracing TS Industrial Policy

Telangana’s Industrial Policy TS-iPASS unveiled last month had won accolades of the industry and now is grabbing the eye balls of the other states too. A delegation from Punjab, headed by the state’s industries and commerce minister Madan Mohan Mittal came down to Hyderabad.

The team will discuss with Telangana government about the salient aspects of the new industrial policy. The team will also visit IT parks and also NIFT. Punjab government wants to adopt some special features of TS-iPASS such as single window clearances, chasing cell at the chief minister’s office and receiving top industrialists at the airport who are interested in investing in the state.

The team will also study the IT & ITES and mining policies of Telangana. Punjab’s new industrial policies will be a union of their own experiences and this special features from Telangana IT and Industrial policies.
