Rain God descends to bless Amaravathi!

Gods seem to have descended to Mandadam village where the Andhra Pradesh Capital Bhoomi Puja is going on. It was drizzling slightly all over the place as the Bhoomi Puja is happening. According to Hindu mythology, drizzle when such event is considered very auspicious. Heavy rain spoiling the event is considered bad.

The drizzle at Amaravathi is slight and farmers who gave up their lands came to the event and were happy that this will change their lives in future. Union Minister Nirmala Sitaraman also mentioned about the drizzle bringing good luck to Amaravathi.

The Foundation Stone for the Capital will be laid by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Vijaya Dasami day. The construction will begin then and will go on continuously till completion. Chandrababu Naidu had pulled out a stunner by executing a never before land pooling act by collecting about 30000 acres land from the farmers.
