Rains Bring Headache to IT Companies

The First Spell of Monsoon pushed Hyderabad into utter chaos as the normal life is paralyzed with water logging, felling of trees and no Power Cuts. Complaining of Traffic Jams, several IT Employees have opted to stay indoors in the name of ‘Work From Home’.

GHMC itself issued advisory not to come out and companies have no option but to allow ‘Work from Home’. “Rainy Season is the most unproductive season for IT. Employees come late and leave early to the office while many do Work From Home,” a company representative told us.

The Companies, however, say Work from Home decreases the Productivity and there by causing loss to the company due to delay in the work. But then, all this is just for the first spell and the whole season is in the offing to torment everyone.
