Rajagopal Reddy’s New Trick: Boycotts Assembly

Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy is once again in the spotlight for his strong anti-government stand. His moves have turned into a big challenge for CM Revanth Reddy. On Saturday, he announced that he would boycott the upcoming Assembly sessions.

On Saturday, Rajagopal Reddy reached Gun Park along with his followers and addressed the media. He declared that he would skip the Assembly sessions. Instead, he planned to visit Kamareddy to carry out relief measures for the flood-affected people.

He explained that the Martyrs Memorial was like a temple to him. However, he felt there was no specific reason to visit it on Saturday, making his stand clear before the public.

Rajagopal Reddy openly criticised the Telangana government for not giving him a cabinet berth. He also attacked the CM for failing to allocate funds for the development of Munugodu people. Earlier on Friday, he extended support to farmers likely to be affected by the regional ring road project.

Whether in the ruling party or as part of the opposition, Rajagopal Reddy claimed he was always with the people. Meanwhile, political circles are discussing his decision to skip sessions at a time when the Kaleshwaram report is being presented in the Assembly. This move has sparked speculation about his future political plans.
