“What Is Your Rate? ” Shall We Book a Hotel?

Sreelakshmi a motivational speaker and a CEO of an educational organization was shocked like any other woman upon receiving calls and texts on her phone with questions like “What is your rate? “shall we book a hotel room?” etc. She first stopped answering the calls from multiple unknown numbers and at one point switched her phone off.

Later, her act towards such harassment is what people are appreciating her for. She dialed back one of these numbers and caught the actual person behind this mishap. It is one of a well-behaved man that she knows and he calls her as sister every time they meet. This man is a youth leader of a national party who posted her number in a group calling her an item.

Sreelakshmi decided to file a complaint in the police station for which the leader and his friends begged her not to drag them to the court. She then asked them to dismiss the culprit from the party which they did not. Then again she went back to the decision of lodging complaint with which the youth leaders father came to her begging apologies.

This time Sreelakshmi thought of a new idea and demanded the person to donate 25,000 rupees to any charitable organization and show the proof to her, which the man did. Sreelakshmi then posted the whole story on her Facebook which has gone viral and she received great applaud for her ingenious act.
