Real Boom on rise in Temporary Secretariat village

With the state government confirming Temporary Secretariat in Velagapudi of Amaravathi. The real boom suddenly zoomed in the area. The land prices have gone up and the real estate businessman are thronging there in big numbers to purchase lands.

The locals are keen on getting constructions done and get high rentals from employees coming to the area than selling the lands now. The state government so far allowed only G+3 constructions in the area, now the locals are demanding to allow G+5 constructions there.

They say this is necessary to accommodate employees and their families coming to the area. According to the latest update, the government may shift employees to the Temporary Secretariat by September. Even though they planned it for June, it may take longer now.
