Real Estate Major to invest 20000 Crore in Hyd

Real estate major Shapoorji Pallonji Group had come forward to build the state-of-the-art Secretariat complex proposed by Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao. The company offered to invest Rs 20,000 crore in various projects of Hyderabad including a mega cultural hub, Telangana Kala Bharathi, construction of grade separators, flyovers, an integrated Secretariat complex, an ultra-modern police control room, a better road network for the city.

The company’s representatives will meet the government officials and discuss the terms and conditions of the firm’s involvement in the government’s plans to revamp the city.

Shapoorji Pallonji Company Limited is a Mumbai-based firm which is in to real estate, shipping and power and is also the largest single individual stake holders in Tata Sons. The company, in addition to being considered as one of the more valuable firms in the country, They even took part in renovating the Taj Hotel which was destroyed in the 2008 Mumbai Terror Attacks.
