Real Estate shoots up in Capital River front villages!

The Real Boom is back in the river front villages of Amaravati yet again. With the clarity about the seed capital and capital construction date (October 22nd), the prices of lands particularly in river front villages like Linagayapalem, Uddandarayunipalem and Thallayapalem.

Prices have gone up to as much as 4 Crore per acre in some villages but the prices are hovering more than 2 Crores per acre in all the villages of the seed capital. Remember these lands were selling at 10-12 Lakhs per acre before the capital announcement.

Real Estate experts expect the land prices to shoot up once the employees start shifting to Amaravati and the government’s ruling begins from there. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to fly in for laying the foundation stone for the capital on Vijaya Dasami day.
