Reddy MLA Files SC, ST Case Against Chandrababu

As bizarre as it may appear, a Reddy MLA – Alla Ramakrishna Reddy from Mangalagiri has filed the SC, ST atrocities case in which former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has got the notices. TDP has raised the same question.

“Did any former CM get prosecuted under the SC and ST Atrocities Act in the country? Does the Mangalagiri MLA belong to SC or ST castes? How can such a case be registered taking his complaint into consideration,” AP TDP President Atchannaidu said.

The FIR does not name any aggrieved farmer of SC, ST caste. The FIR mentions that some Dalit farmers of Mangalagiri constituency represented the MLA and the latter named Chandrababu Naidu and former minister, Narayana as conspirators in the case.

On the other side, Naidu is in a meeting with legal experts about how to go forward about this case.
