Registrations charges gets costlier in CRDA limits!

All the 58 mandals coming under CRDA limits will be deemed as Urban areas going forward. All the houses registration will be charged with Urban rates going further. This rule is prevalent earlier too but the officials did not follow it. But from Monday ‘Registration any where’ is coming in to force and the registrations are done through software.

The Urban rates are assigned to all these 58 mandals. CRDA limits do have more rural areas than municipalities. So far 500 per square feet in Minor villages and 600 per square feet in Major villages is being charged. Going forward 700 per square feet will be charged for all the mandals in CRDA limits.

Going forward there will not be any controversies regarding market value of lands as the software has correct details of every land in the state. Earlier government used to take urban registration charges only in VGTM-UDA zone.
