Political Strategist Prashant Kishor met Former Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu last week in Vijayawada. The meeting is nothing but sort of a sensation in Political Circles because Prashant Kishor was instrumental in bringing Jagan Mohan Reddy to power in 2019.
There is no official Statement about what transpired in the meeting. But sources say PK handed over a report to Naidu about his findings on the mood of Andhra Pradesh and how TDP and Janasena should approach 2024 elections.
Reliable Sources to M9 News say that Prashant Kishor team sense a change of wind in Andhra Pradesh in 2024. He reportedly gave a whopping 144 seats to the TDP and Janasena alliance if Elections were to be held today.
If that is true, it is a sensation because both parties together only scored 24 seats in 2019.
But then, Jagan seems to have amassed severe anti-incumbency in just five years. The MLC elections result in March earlier this year is already an indication and Chandrababu’s arrest may have worsened the anti-incumbency.
Probably Jagan may have got a similar report from I-PAC and maybe that is the reason behind the desperate changes he is making in the party candidates.
