Report: Highest Selling Luxury Cars In India

The luxury cars culture is well and truly catching up in India and here is a brief report on the increasing trend of Indians buying high end cars at a very encouraging rate.

Luxury car manufacturers, Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi have seen record sales in the first half of 2023 – January – June.

Benz has sold a total of 8528 units in the first half of 2023 which is 13% increase from its sale units at the same point in time last year.

BMW sold 5867 units in the first half which is a 5% increase from its tally in the same timeframe last year. There are 391 Mini car sales in this total tally.

Audi sold 3473 units and this is a whopping 97% increase from the tally it recorded last year. The company has nearly doubled its unit sales in the last year or so, which is a pretty suggestive sign of the increase in luxury cars trend in India.

A total of 21,000+ luxury cars came onto the roads newly and the tally might go up to 46,000-47,000 by the end of this year. The end of the year sales are expected to be much higher than the first half.
