Revanth Bail Petition hearing postponed

Hyderabad High Court had postponed the hearing on Revanth Reddy’s Bail Petition to Friday. Telangana Advocate General Rama Krishna Reddy informed the court that he needs some more time for the state government to prepare its arguments in this case.

Agreeing to the AG’s request, the high court put off the hearing to Friday.Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) had already filed its counter in this case on Tuesday and Telagana government wants to file an additional counter now.

On the other side, nominated MLA, Stephenson filed a petition in the high court to change the judge, Siva Shankara Rao. Stephenson is of the opinion that the judge is being partial to the accused in the case especially after giving a stay on Matthaiah’s arrest.
