Revanth Reddy arrested in Kodangal

Telugu Desam Party MLA Revanth Reddy is staying in news every day for one reason or other. He was asked to confine himself to his constituency, Kodangal after getting bail. Today, he was to participate in the foundation stone laying ceremony of a Godown in Kodangal Market Yard.

Minister Jupally Krishna Rao is the Chief Guest for that. According to protocol, the local MLA was to attend it. Revanth and his followers reached there but Police deployed there tried to stop him and even resorted to lathi charge.

Revanth Reddy staged a dharna protesting against the government and the police. With this the police arrested him and took to the local police station. Post his release, Revanth Reddy is totally focused on the local issues of Kodangal and is staying close to the people there.
