Revanth Reddy failed to attend ACB Court hearing!

Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Uday Simha, the accused in the cash for vote case were supposed to attend the ACB court hearing today in Hyderabad. While Sebastian and Uday Simha attended, Revanth Reddy did not attend the hearing.

He told the court that high court restricted him from coming to Hyderabad when granting the bail and so he did not attend the special court hearing. However the court clarified that he can attend the court proceedings be it in ACB Special court or high court.

The court asked him to attend him for the next hearing on August 3rd. Revanth Reddy confined himself to his Kondangal constituency from the day he was granted bail. He is meeting the people of his constituency and trying to redress their grievances. Revanth Reddy may have to face an election there in case, he resigns or gets disqualified by the Speaker or EC, and so he is trying to be as close as possible with the people.
