Revanth Reddy Gives G.O. For 500 Rs Cylinder

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy-led Telangana government issued a GO, explaining the guidelines to get LPG domestic cylinders for Rs. 500. Beneficiaries who fulfil the mentioned guidelines will get the cylinders at the subsidised rate or Rs. 500.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Individuals should have applied for the subsidized cylinder during the Praja Palana applications drive held between December 28 – January 6.

2. Individuals should be white ration card holders.

3. Individuals should have an active LPG connection in the woman’s name.

The state government will send the required amount to the Oil Marketing Companies (OMC) monthly. The OMCs will transfer that subsidised amount directly to the beneficiaries through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT)
