Telangana CM Revanth Reddy went a bit too far during his public speech in Palamuru. Politicians often criticize each other and blame each other. But hitting out personally shows the politician in bad light.
It is known that BRS head KCR is having delicate health right now and is taking rest most of the time. Of course, his children KTR and Kavitha are doing their part as the opposition, though both seem to be more interested in establishing individual identity.
Seeing a vacuum in leadership in BRS, Telangana Chief Minister is targeting the BRS chief time and again, on a personal level. Today, he surely crossed the line, according to political analysts in the state.
The CM said and we quote him – KCR nuvvu bailo dookutavo, petrol posukuni tagala pettukuntavo, adi nee ishtam. Naa korika okkate. Nuvvu Assemblyki vacchi oppositionlo kurchoni memu chese manchi panulu cheptunte, kumili kumili edvali. Anduke Assembly ki rammantunnanu.
Revanth Reddy said I don’t know if you will jump into a well or burn yourself by pouring petrol, my only wish is that you must come to the Assembly, sit in the opposition and when we talk of all the good work we are doing, you must cry. That’s the reason why I am calling you to the Assembly.
Obviously, these comments by a state CM haven’t gone down well with citizens of Telangana and political analysts feel if Revanth Reddy continues the same way, it might impact his political future.
