A case has been registered on the registrar’s complaint but it has become complicated since there are no CCTV cameras on the court premises.

Some other documents of other cases have been found in a nearby canal.

Sarvepalli MLA and Agriculture Minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy made several criticisms of former minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy at a press conference in 2017.

He alleged that Somireddy committed hawala and showed various documents. Somireddy has filed a case against Kakani Govardhan Reddy and others for showing forgery documents.

A defamation suit has been filed against Kakani. The case is being heard in the 4th Additional Judicial Magistrate’s Court. The robbery has happened when the case is nearing a conclusion.
