YSR Congress Makes Yet Another Self Goal. This time a very dangerous one. Government Employees are crucial in a government and electioneering process. Many believe that Chandrababu’s 2004 Defeat is mainly due to the overburdened Government Employees who sought revenge on him in the elections.

Since then, Parties have been very careful with Government employees. But then, YSR Congress has rubbed them on the wrong side. The other day, speaking at an event, Chittoor MLA, Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy went on to say, “Once We are in Power, We will take revenge in what that the families of Government Employees will regret”.

All the Government Employees Associations are lambasting YSR Congress for these comments asking if Rowdy Rajyam is imminent if YS Jagan comes to Power. In fact, Government employees are not very happy with YSR Congress. Jagan Mohan Reddy himself warned them of sending to jail on a few occasions.

These threats and sops by Chandrababu like increasing retirement age, increasing salaries, 5 days a week work policy may turn them in the favour of TDP in the next elections. All this combined will only add to the woes of Jagan. This is a dangerous self goal for YSR Congress.
