Another Hospitality Brand Comes To Amaravati

A new hospitality brand is set to enter Amaravati with a major investment. A Rs 163 crore 4-star hotel is being planned in the capital city. Daspalla Hotels has applied for environmental clearances for the project. The development is expected to strengthen Amaravati’s hospitality ecosystem.

The proposed hotel structure will feature 2C plus G plus 17 floors. It will include 156 guest rooms, one swimming pool, and three banquet halls. A total of 16 amenities are planned, including restaurants, a cafeteria, a gym, and a spa.

Daspalla Hotels’ investment reflects growing investor confidence in Amaravati’s long term growth story. The project signals increased interest from established hospitality players. Such developments indicate steady progress in the capital’s infrastructure and services.

Several leading hospitality brands are expanding across Amaravati and other cities in Andhra Pradesh. ITC, Novotel, and Hilton are among the major names opening hotels in the state. This expansion aligns with Andhra Pradesh’s improving industrial and commercial outlook.

With Chandrababu pitching Andhra Pradesh as a tourism hub, hospitality brands see strong potential. The mix of business travel and leisure tourism is driving demand. Companies also require premium accommodation for executives and international travellers.
