RS Elections to give rise to Constitutional conflicts in Telangana?

Telangana Congress is planning to put up Senior Leader V Hanumantha Rao once again in Rajya Sabha elections race. They are planning to take the help of other opposition parties like in the case of Palair by-elections. The party is planning to issue whip to those defected from the party and if they violated, it will push for their disqualification.

On the other side, there can be constitutional conflicts arising from this if, TDP (TS) and YSR Congress supports Congress candidate and issues whip to its members since the Speaker already allowed merging of the Legislative Parties of those two in to TRS. But since Speaker is on TRS side, the ruling party is likely to have an edge.

Normally one seat out of the two vacant seats in Rajya Sabha should go to the opposition but the mass defections from opposition parties to TRS ensured that the ruling party have the numbers for both. TRS already announced Former PCC President D.Srinivas and Party Loyalist Captain Lakshmikanth Rao as its candidates.
