RS members division creates new storm

Andhra Pradesh currently has 18 Rajya Sabha members. After the state bifurcation, Andhra Pradesh gets 11 of them and Telangana gets remaining 7 members. According to the directives of UPA government in the division bill, Lottery system is employed to divide the MPs between the two states. The lottery took place today and it resulted in some serious concerns. Telangana MPs who fought for the separate state like Kesava Rao, Renuka Chowdary are allotted to AP while MPs who fought for United AP like KVP Rama Chandra Rao, CM Ramesh are allotted to Seema Andhra. With the kind of animosities between the two regions, it has to be seen home MPs of one state adjust and work for other state.
