Ruining Eatala‘s Political Career With A Plan?

Eatala Rajendar was once the Number Two in the BRS Party. He played a crucial role in the Telangana Agitation and later also emerged as the Number Two in the KCR Government that formed after the Bifurcation.

Eatala differed with KCR and later joined the BJP in 2021. Back then, the BJP High Command promised Eatala to be made the Party President and later as the BC CM candidate.

But then, Eatala was deceived at every stage.

In 2023 Election, BRS pulled plug off itself at the last minute as they found Congress in a Gaining Position. They tried to help the BRS in that Election to stop Congress.

Initially, Eatala was supposed to replace Bandi Sanjay as the Party President but the High Command brought in Kishan Reddy which derailed BJP completely.

In 2023 assembly elections, he contested from Huzurabad and Gazwel as BJP candidate and lost in both places to BRS candidates. It has come as a huge shock to Eatala who previously won seven elections on a trot.

In 2024 Loksabha elections, luckily, Eatala contested from Malkajgiri and won as MP with a huge margin of 3,91,475 votes because of Modi factor. Since then, Eatala has been waiting for his chance as the Telangana BJP President but only to get disappointed.

He is being sidelined in the name of a newcomer ignoring the promise made to him while joining the party. Now naming N Ram Chander Rao as the Party President is another big disappointment for him.

Eatala is recognized as a strong BC leader in Telangana. He is popular for his participation in the statehood movement. He has a complete grasp of state politics and is aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the opposing parties.

Along with his long political experience, being a leader of the Mudiraj community, which has the largest population in Telangana, is his strength.
Eatala has no support of the RSS because of his Left-leaning early his career. The Supporters of Eatala are fuming at this betrayal and are asking him to try and get back to the BRS.

But then after what went between Eatala and the BRS High Command, it is not easy to go back.
