Rushikonda Palace: CBN’s Huge PR Loss!

YSR Congress met with a humiliating defeat in the recent elections. Many believe that Jagan’s downfall started immediately after his victory when he decided to demolish the Praja Vedhika.

It was the first sign of what was to come. The public started to understand Jagan’s arrogance and how he never cared even for Public money in that demolition.

The issue became a major election issue and played a pivotal role in Jagan’s downfall.

Jagan splurged 500 Crore Taxpayers’ money to build a Mahal for his wife. He ruined the Rushikonda for it. He flouted all environmental norms in the process.

The Government already opened the doors of the Palace and showcased the luxury and the loot of public money.

It’s been six months since the new Government has come to power, it’s time to put the Palace to use.

Normal Politicians would think using something from a previous Government will give credit to their opponents. But this Government should prove to be different.

It should put the Palace to use and show how they respect the Public money. It will increase the respect of the Government.

They can show the World how Jagan should have put Praja Vedhika to use instead of demolishing it.

If it is left idle, it is another waste of Public money.

It will cost a bomb for the Government even to maintain that Palace. If not maintained, it is again a waste of the Public money.

The Government should not be doing both and must put it to some use as soon as possible.

Rushikonda Palace will become a stale issue in a few months. The Government should do something about it so that they get the Good-will PR of putting public money to some use. The more the delay, the political capital will be lost and then, there is the burden on the Public exchequer.
