Center’s new twist in high court division!

Central government had put new twist in the high court division issue disappointing Telangana government. Speaking at an event on Sunday, Union Law Minister Sadananda Gowda said that center will go on with high court division if the judges of high court passes a resolution requesting the division.

However, this may not be possible as TRS is alleging that the common high court has Andhra judges in majority. Mr.Gowda refused to comment further on this issue as it is subject to prejudice.

The high court’s ruling in the past that the division can happen only when there is a high court ready in Andhra Pradesh is delaying the bifurcation. The court did not even accept for temporary accommodation.
