Sakshi over enthusiastic to help Jagan?

If there is any person who would want Center to immediately say NO to the delimitation promised to both the Telugu States, it will be YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He is hoping that center would say No and the defections from his party to TDP will stop as there can not be ticket guarantee to incoming leaders.

Sakshi went a step ahead and filed an RTI application with Election Commission for its Master. Election Commission of India opined that the delimitation of the Assembly seats may not be there and can be possible only by a constitutional amendment. Sakshi published the news as major topic to help its master stop the defections.

Sakshi also published some letters which are said to be happened between Election Commission and Union Home Ministry on this issue. Election Commission also stated that there is no deadline specified by the act about the delimitation. However ECI opined that SC, ST constituencies in the state may be regrouped by 2019.
