Sakshi’s Twists Court Proceedings on Jagan’s Kodi Kathi Case

Sakshi has given a complete twist to the Court Proceedings in Jagan’s Kodi Kathi Case today. While the court questioned the rationale of Jagan not giving a statement to the Police and blaming them of being partial, Sakshi published that the court opined that Jagan may or may not give a statement to the Police and it is his wish.

Sakshi‘s Report did not mention several questions posed by the court to the counsel representing Jagan and carried the arguments of Jagan’s Counsel in its report. About 70% of Sakshi’s Article on the issue is about the lawyer’s argument in the case and the coverage about the Court’s questions is incomplete.

The court has posted the case to 13th of this month for the next hearing. Legal Experts say this case may turn as an embarrassment for the Opposition Leader as the court is unlikely to entertain his political blame game. On the other side, Jagan will resume his Padayatra from 12th of this month.
