Sandra gets bail from ACB Court

TDP Satthupalli MLA, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah was granted bail by the ACB Special court. He was asked to submit a personal bond of 2 Lakhs and was also asked not to leave his constituency. Sandra is likely to get released from Cherlapally jail this evening once the jail authorities gets the release order from the court.

Both the parties have finished their arguments the other day and the judgement is reserved for today. The court agreed with Sandra’s lawyers view that ACB already completed interrogating Sandra and there is no need to keep in jail further.

Sandra was named as the accused Number five in this case. His name did not figure in the complaint filed by nominated MLA Stephenson but ACB says they found his links in this case with the call data of Sebastian who was previously arrested.
